On this page, you can easily submit a notification for a diplomatic or service card and book an appointment for card collection.

If you already have a valid diplomatic or service card and wish to renew it, simply choose “New notification/application” and answer “Yes” to enter your personal code.

In case the photo upload fails, please send a digital document photo (taken according to the requirement specified above and with a minimum size of 1300 x 1600 pixels and 1 MB) to the State Protocol Department’s e-mail diplomaticID@mfa.ee

The diplomatic identity card can be collected from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Lauteri 2, Tallinn, on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-12:00 and from 14:00-16:00 by prior appointment.
